Free Range Eggs

The eggs we sell at the Mushroom Basket have been produced from our flock of 100 Free Range hens at Manor Farm.  They are picked daily from the nest boxes and hand graded into recycled egg boxes.  The eggs have a wonderfully deep golden yolk and an equally deep flavour.  Because they are so fresh they are difficult to peel once boiled.  The White of the egg will not spread out flat if you are frying them.  They are absolutely fantastic, why not add them to an order of some mushrooms and make a special Exotic Mushroom Omelette.
