Shiitake and Onion Tagliatelle
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 cloves of garlic,crushed
- 6 shallots, chopped400g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 250ml white wine
- 300g fresh tagliatelle
- 4 tablespoons of diced plum tomatoes
Method:
Fry the garlic and the shallots until the garlic is golden brown, then add the sliced shiitake and sauté until soft. add the wine and leave to simmer for 3-5 minutes while you prepare the pasta as per pack instructions. Then add the pasta and toss. Serve immediately with the diced tomato on the side
